Booking appointment policy

When booking an appointment, your name & telephone number will be required to add you to the system.

Most of my clients like to message me to book an appointment. Whilst this option is available, it may take me some time to respond. Please bear with me. 

24 hrs notice is preferred when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, but we know life can be hectic.

A booking fee of £15.00 will only be required if you have previously cancelled your appointments last minute or a no show to the appointment. If this happens on 2 occasions, you will then be asked for the £15.00 deposit before booking another appointment. The £15.00 deposit will then be deducted from your treatment. If you fail to attend this appointment or cancel last minute the booking fee will be lost & another deposit will be needed to book any future appointments.

Gift Vouchers - All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date issued, they cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. If your treatment costs more then the face value of the voucher, the balance must be paid at your appointment. If the treatment costs less, the balance will remain on the voucher. 

Policies and Procedures

Please arrive to your appointment on time. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled. This also includes anyone who has paid a deposit. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused, but this does put my other appointments back for the rest of the day.

Please do not bring any children with you to your appointment. This is for the children's safety. 

You must let me know if you require any product removal services from a set you may already have. I do not work over other nail techs work. The removal service will take extra time & is chargeable. 

Please send any ideas of nail art work required 7 days prior to your appointment. This is to try and accommodate you and the time needed. Please be aware that some nail art on the internet has taken a very long time to achieve & has been done by a different nail tech.

Timings - I am not a fast nail tech but I am a thorough one. If you require a time estimate please ask. A time will be given based on the information given to me. Please do not assume the time based on other nail techs. 

Payment - Cash, card, bank transfer. 

Parking - I cannot accept any liability for your vehicle whilst at your appointment.

Personal belongings - please take care of your personal items. I cannot accept liability for loss or damage. 

I operate a no refund policy. If you're unhappy with your service provided please make me aware within 72 hours from your treatment so I can inspect the work. If it is my fault, I will rectify the problem free of charge. 

Please refrain from using your mobile phone or eating at your appointment. When having your nails done, please keep both hands on the table. 

Please be respectful to staff & other clients.

I reserve the right to refuse a service to anyone that is deemed offensive or abusive. I also reserve the right to refuse any treatments I feel that may not be in your best interest.
